1. Controller

The controller for the processing of personal data on this website within the meaning of Article 4(7) GDPR is JFT Consulting und Sourcing GmbH, Karl-Seckinger-Str. 15, 76229 Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Deutschland. Please send privacy-related enquiries to info@jft-management.de.

No data protection officer has been appointed.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated on a virtual private server (VPS) provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Hetzner processes data as a processor under Article 28 GDPR to the extent required to provide the server infrastructure.

When this website is accessed, technically necessary access data are processed in server log files. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, transferred data volume, HTTP status code, previously visited page, browser type, operating system and requesting domain.

Processing serves security, stability and error analysis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. Log files are rotated daily and generally retained for 14 days. JFT does not carry out any additional personal analysis of log files.

3. Cookies, tracking and external content

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, advertising pixels or social media plugins. This website does not embed external fonts, maps, videos or other third-party content that would transmit personal data to those providers when the page is accessed.

No profiling and no automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, takes place.

4. Contact by email

When you contact us by email, we process the data you provide, in particular your email address, name and the content of your message, in order to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns the conclusion or performance of a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the proper handling of enquiries.

The website itself does not transmit contact form data to a server. The contact link only opens your own email application. Email communications are processed through the IONOS email service used by JFT.

We delete enquiries once they are no longer required for handling them. Where commercial or tax retention obligations apply, or where communication is required to initiate or perform a contract, deletion takes place after the relevant retention period has expired.

5. Recipients and transfers to third countries

Recipients of personal data are only persons within JFT who need the data to handle your enquiry, as well as Hetzner as hosting provider and IONOS as email provider. The website does not intend to transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union or European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access to personal data concerning you (Article 15 GDPR), rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), data portability (Article 20 GDPR), and objection to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR).

You may exercise these rights at any time via info@jft-management.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority for JFT is in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
