Your European Project Office

Strengthen industrial energy resilience.

Move from energy dependency and planning uncertainty to a robust European project path.

Your starting point

Which operational priority should the project address?

You do not need to specify a technology. Start with the concrete operating requirement.

Energy supply

Reduce dependency and energy cost

When imported energy, volatile cost or supply resilience are constraining operational planning.

Review the project path

Resource recovery

Make better use of residues and wastewater

When organic residues, production waste or wastewater streams create cost instead of recoverable value.

Assess the potential

Renewable energy

Develop a viable energy project

When biomass, waste-to-energy, biogas, renewable gases or hydrogen need a commercial assessment.

Review the options

The approach

Start with your operating reality. Not with a catalogue.

JFT works with your management team to understand where energy, resource or disposal exposure arises and which investment can create lasting control. Only once the project is properly defined do we coordinate suitable European technology and supply partners.

How JFT works

From an operating requirement to a robust project path.

A defined project process instead of an unstructured supplier search. Your company retains every final investment and contracting decision.

  1. 01

    Focused executive conversation

We understand the situation, site, management question and decision framework.

  2. 02

    Project qualification

We test whether a viable project opportunity exists and which information is still needed.

  3. 03

    Decision basis

JFT structures options, risks and the European sourcing or project route.

  4. 04

    Controlled partner approach

Only then do we coordinate suitable European partners, technical clarification and the next step.

Technology project fields

Technologies for energy, resources and industrial circularity.

We assess feedstocks, technical options, operating requirements and commercial prerequisites, then coordinate suitable European technology partners.

Energy & resources

Waste-to-energy & biomass

Organic residues, production by-products and selected wastewater streams are assessed for anaerobic digestion, thermal recovery or combined energy routes – for electricity, heat and lower disposal exposure.

Biogas, biomethane & process energy

We structure projects around suitable feedstocks, digestion, gas upgrading and use as power, heat, process energy or, where prerequisites are robust, biomethane.

Hydrogen & renewable gases

Hydrogen and renewable gases are assessed only where energy supply, feedstocks, offtake, infrastructure and economics create a clear project case.

Wastewater, sludge & residual streams

We consider loading, treatment, recovery and energy use for industrial wastewater and sludge streams, with attention to operational reliability, cost and resource potential.

Geothermal energy

For shallow and deep geothermal projects, we assess site conditions, heat demand, geological pre-assessment and a risk-aware project path through technical preparation.

Initial assessment

Discuss your operating context and the potential project path.

A focused executive conversation provides the basis for the next project assessment.
